Q: Why do I have to have all clothing on hangers?

A: All clothing items must be on hangers before they arrive in the store for efficient review, organization, and presentation. Clean, wrinkle-free items sell best!

Q: Do I get my items back if they don't sell?

A: This depends on the original price of the items. Items that are priced $100 or more will be returned to the consignor if unsold. Molly's will call and let you know if you have items to pick up!

Q: How long are my items on consignment?

A: This depends on the original price of the items. Items priced $99 or less are on consignment for a period of 4 months. items priced $100 or more are on consignment for a period of 5 months.

Q: Will my items get marked down or go on sale?

A: Yes. In order to keep items moving through the shop, and in order to help you sell your items, discounts will be automatically set at the time is priced.

Q: How and when do I get paid?

A: Molly's cut checks at the end of each month for consignors who have a balance of $20 or more on their account. If your balance is under $20 at the end of the month, it will carry forward to the next month. Consignors can choose to have their checks mailed for a small fee, or they can pick them up. Checks are available for pick up any time AFTER the 5th of each month for the previous month's sales. 

Q: Will everything I bring, be taken in?

A: Molly's is very selective about the merchandise we take in on consignment, so don't be disappointed if we don't take every item you bring in for review.

Q: Should I bring clothes based on season?

A: Yes! Molly's is seasonally driven. However if you have questions for specific items don't be afraid to give us a call.

Q: If I don't like something or something doesn't fit, can I return it? 

A: Unfortunately No. Due to the nature of our business ALL SALES ARE FINAL. If you have a complication or problem with your items please contact the store.
